dj baji999 Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and General Principles

In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the dj baji999 website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any registered individual who has created a valid account. "Wager" or "Bet" refers to the act of placing money at risk on a game or event.

dj baji999 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or a notice on the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on dj baji999 and participate in any casino or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Members may be asked to provide identification for age verification. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, all associated accounts may be closed and any earned bonuses cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Members must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. Incorrect or false information may cause account verification to fail and withdrawal requests to be held. To change a name, mobile number or payment method after registration, members must contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their password and login details fully confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is not permitted. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. dj baji999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a member's own negligence.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

dj baji999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Deposited funds will only be credited to the account from which they were sent.
• The payment method and account number used for withdrawal must match the member's registered details.
• Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Account verification may be requested for any suspicious transaction.

To learn how personal financial information is stored and processed, please read our Privacy Policy.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and wagering of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.

4.2 Other Promotions

dj baji999 offers several promotions including a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, refer a friend reward, birthday special reward and a weekend cricket deposit bonus. Each promotion has its own terms, wagering requirements and validity period. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming each offer.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering must be completed first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• Any form of bonus abuse may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• dj baji999 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet placed on dj baji999 is considered final once it is confirmed by the system. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be cancelled and the stake returned. If a result is found to be incorrect in a trusted source, dj baji999 reserves the right to settle based on the correct result.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless the event is declared void under dj baji999's rules. In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, the terms applicable to that bet will apply.

5.3 Manipulation and Misconduct

Exploiting software errors or bugs to win unfairly, using bots, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all related transactions will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The dj baji999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is earned at each tier based on weekly net losses. Bronze members receive up to 0.2%, Silver members up to 0.5%, Gold members up to 0.8% and Platinum members up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity.

dj baji999 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback validity and other related terms. Members will be notified in a timely manner if changes are made.

7 Responsible Gaming and Limits

dj baji999 believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play within their means. Any member who wishes to do so may place a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion on their account.

For detailed information and help regarding problem gambling, visit our Responsible Gaming page. Under no circumstances will anyone under 21 years of age be permitted to use the platform.

• A deposit limit setting is available for users.
• A temporary account break can be taken for a set period of time.
• A permanent self-exclusion request can be made through the support team.

8 Mobile Application Use

The dj baji999 Android and iOS applications are available through official channels. These same Terms apply to use of the app. dj baji999 will not be responsible for any issues arising from the use of versions downloaded from third-party sources.

If new terms come into effect after an app update, they will be displayed when the app is launched and acceptance will be requested.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

dj baji999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Abuse of the bonus system or attempted fraud.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Account inactivity (no transactions for an extended period).

Reasonable notice will be given to the member before account closure, unless the matter requires immediate action for urgent security reasons. Any remaining valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

dj baji999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. If any bet or game is affected by a technical error, server downtime or internet connectivity issue, dj baji999 will not be liable for financial compensation — however, an effort will be made to cancel the affected bet and return the stake.

Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and dj baji999 does not interfere with these results. Participation in games is at the user's own risk and the possibility of losing money always exists.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, first contact the dj baji999 support team directly. Support is available 24 hours a day in both Bangla and English via live chat or email.

If a resolution is not reached through the support team, there is the option to escalate to senior management. Our goal is to resolve every dispute fairly and promptly. Visit our FAQ page for answers to common questions — many frequently raised topics are covered there.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

Users' personal and financial information is stored and processed using SSL encryption technology. The detailed policy on data use is published separately. Members' information is not sold or transferred to third parties, though necessary cooperation with authorities may occur where legally required.

13 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the dj baji999 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of dj baji999. Members may access the platform for personal use, but reproducing, modifying or using any content for commercial purposes without permission is strictly prohibited.

14 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The most recently published version of these Terms will apply. Older versions will no longer be in effect.

For any questions about these Terms, contact the dj baji999 support team via live chat or email.
